Miko P. Gunderson
Mr. Gunderson received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law in Gainesville, Florida in 1987. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting with Honors from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida in 1983.
Mr. Gunderson's practice includes commercial and residential real property transactions, commercial loan transactions, business law, and mortgage foreclosures. His present practice is focused on representing commercial lending institutions, real property developers, real estate companies, and residential and commercial contractors in real estate closings, and in mortgage foreclosures.
From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Gunderson served as an associate for the international law firm of Kelley Drye & Warren, in their Miami office, where he practiced in the areas of real property and commercial litigation. Mr. Gunderson joined the firm in 1990, becoming a shareholder in 1993. He is a member of the Florida Bar.
